The extension of the migration status can be requested not earlier than 30 days before expiration of the visa.

Therefore, the following documents must be submitted:

1. Request containing a contact address for possible notifications.

2. Convincing proof of the fact that the conditions for the original exhibition of the temporary residence permit still exist.

3. Proof of the payment of US $10 to the government for the renewal of the document (article 252, migration law).

4. Proof of the payment of US $10 to the government if the renewal on a new document must be accomplished (article 251, migration law).

In some cases the request can be placed three months before expiration of the residence permit, then in addition the necessity for the premature exhibition must be justified in the request.
